Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be at least 50% full to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
